Yes!
Usually, we use a model number to describe it.
Sometimes you can completely describe the unit with the just the
model number. Other times, you will need additional description.
Those numbers begin with the letters "SP"
Here are 4 ways you can identify the model number
of your existing unit.
1. Look for a silver sticker like this on the
UniSlide, BiSlide or XSlide.
2. If it is a UniSlide, download and fill out this Part
ID form.
3. Take one or several digital photographs. Call
Velmex. Ask to speak with someone who can look at your photographs
and help you.
4. Call Velmex. Ask us look up your order. To
do that, we need the purchase order number used to buy the assembly
or your customer order "CO" number from the label.
