This modestly priced mechanical
revolution counter provides a convenient digital readout of either
0.01" or 0.1 mm. Read on ... or I
need higher resolution than this..or I
just want to buy the counter.

Typical uses for this optional attachment
are:
-with Screw Drive UniSlides for 0.01"
resolution. Or when you just need a reference number for an
absolute and precise location.
-with Graduated Knob Models when the linear
scale is obscured by the payload or way covers or the unit
is mounted upside down or on units longer than 1 meter (the
limit of our scales). In those instances, the you read the
counter and then the engraved knob for the last significant
digit. Cost is $86
Zero position is at the counter end of the UniSlide and is
not re-settable.

Photo 2: Counter increments every 1/10 revolution, and reads correctly
on all Screw
Drive or Graduated Knob UniSlide models equipped with
10 pitch (code
W1 and P10) or 1 mm (K1
and Q1) lead screws. It can be used with other pitch screws
but you with have to multiply or divide depending on the screw pitch.
Let me select a
positioner size.
When used with Graduated Knob UniSlides, eliminate
the need to read the scale to determine position.

Note: The counter may extend above and below
smaller UniSlide bases. Holes in mounting blocks are 4-40 thd.
