- linear translation speed range
- lead screw pitch

From one of the next two graphs, determine
the required minimum torque.
Then choose a motor with sufficient minimum
torque out to the maximum step rate necessary to reach you top
speed. Recheck the step
rate - linear speed table to make
sure you achieve the desired top speed.
