If you have an issue with a Velmex product whether you believe it is under warranty or not; or if you would like to have your device repaired or evaluated, you must complete the online RMA request form. No product may be returned without prior authorization. Please use the button below to complete our RMA Request, so that we might send you a RMA or a work order number. Please note:  We may contact you to clarify your issue or to have you run diagnostic tests before we issue a RMA number.

Once you receive the written authorization, it must accompany any return for repair, evaluation or warranty replacement.

We will inspect the unit and notify you of the cost, if any, before any work is performed; or if we've determined it is not cost-effective to repair the unit. The charge for non-warranty work will be billed at the current Velmex hourly rate.

You should hear from one of our technicians within 24 hours of your request.
